Mizzou basketball scheduling game at Big Ten blue blood, per report

Mizzou is reportedly planning a road trip to face a prominent Big Ten program.
According to college basketball insider Jon Rothstein, the Tigers are planning to play Indiana in Bloomington. The agreement does not include plans for a return game in Columbia, per Rothstein.

Mizzou is gearing up for Coach Dennis Gates’ fifth season leading the Tigers. Under Gates, MU has reached the NCAA Tournament 3 times. Last season, Mizzou went 20-13 overall and 10-8 in SEC play before exiting the Big Dance in the opening round.
Indiana is hoping to get back to the postseason in 2027 after missing the 2026 NCAA Tournament. The Hoosiers went 18-14 in Darian DeVries’ first season, with a 9-11 record against Big Ten opponents. DeVries took Drake to the NCAA Tournament 3 times in his tenure from 2018-24.
