Everyone makes mistakes. What’s important is your ability to admit it.
Multiple people noticed this past week that Seth Davis, the Editor-in-Chief of Hoops HQ, did not include the Arkansas Razorbacks in his latest top 25 ballot. Those following the sport know that leaving Arkansas out of the top 25 is simply wrong – the Razorbacks are 20-7 on the season and boast wins over Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Texas Tech, Louisville, Kentucky… you get the picture. The Razorbacks are one of the 3 best teams in the SEC, so they deserve a spot in the top 25.
And to Davis’ credit, he admitted that leaving Arkansas out of his top 25 was a complete oversight. He owned it on social media and apologized to Arkansas basketball for the blunder. Check it out.
The Razorbacks currently sit at No. 20 in the AP poll, the same ranking as last week, following a close loss to Alabama and win over Missouri last week. Arkansas is looking to add to its resume this week with a pair of intriguing matchup. The Razorbacks will face off against Texas A&M on Wednesday before a massive matchup against Florida in Gainesville on Saturday.
