Before this week, not many college football fans had heard the name Justus Terry. That has changed with a Tuesday tweet that has now gone viral.

On Tuesday, Terry marked the end of eighth grade by tweeting, “After tonight’s workout Iโ€™m ready to start my freshman year at Manchester High School! 9th Grade I’m Coming.”

Terry, who lists himself at 6-5, 260 on his Twitter page, posted a shirtless photo with the tweet and Sports Twitter went wild as it made the rounds.

In November, Terry got the attention of recruiting analyst Chad Simmons.

Terry has since added a workout clip on his Twitter page:

On Friday, he tweeted that he received offers from Western Kentucky, Eastern Kentucky and USC.

The 2025 recruiting cycle is a long way off but one would expect the rising Manchester (Georgia) freshman will be getting the attention of plenty of SEC coaching staffs.
