Aaron Rodgers is on Florida State’s side with the College Football Playoff drama.

Rodgers explained that the Seminoles were his favorite team growing up on Tuesday’s edition of “The Pat McAfee Show.”

He went as far to say that Florida State should have gotten in over Texas and promptly flashed the horns down sign. The Seminoles were not 1 of the 4 teams chosen despite winning their conference championship.

“That was my team growing up,” said Rodgers. “I think they should’ve got in over Texas.”

Texas made the Playoff along with Michigan, Washington, and Alabama. The Longhorns are set to face Michael Penix Jr. and the Huskies in semifinal.

Rodgers, who played at Cal, was also happy to see the Pac-12 and West Coast be represented again, and he applauded the Bears for how they finished the season.
