Alabama coach Nick Saban is opening a Mercedes-Benz dealership on a street called “Envious Lane.”
That seems about right.
According to The Tennesseean, Saban and his wife, Terry, will own a 50 percent stake in the company that is scheduled to open in about a year in Nashville at Interstate 40 and Briley Parkway near Hotel Preston.
Mercedes-Benz of Music City will measure at 60,000 square feet and will be located at 734 Envious Lane.
The other 50 percent will belong to business partner Joe Agresti. Nick and Terry Saban, along with Agresti, already co-own the Mercedes-Benz of Birmingham and Infiniti of Birmingham car dealerships in Hoover, Ala.
The owner of the operating entity for the planned Mercedes-Benz of Music City, BIJ Motors TN LLC, is also half-owned by the Sabans.
