Junior wideout Jaylon Denson did not make the trip to Tampa with the team and his status with the Tigers is unclear, reports the Montgomery Advertiser.
Denson tweeted a message of well-regards on Friday.

Offensive coordinator Rhett Lashlee told reporters there was no update on the 6-foot-3, 218-pound wide receiver at this time.
Head coach Gus Malzahn said all players were academically eligible prior to Auburn’s leaving campus, ruling out one possible scenario.
Denson has not recorded a catch this season.
