Cederian Morgan has made his decision.

The 5-star wide receiver from Alexander City, Alabama, will be staying in-state for his college career. He made his commitment during a ceremony at Benjamin Russell High School on Wednesday afternoon, picking Alabama over Auburn, Clemson, Florida, Colorado and Georgia.

Here’s a video of Morgan’s announcement:

Morgan is one of the very best high school football players in the entire country. He’s regarded as the No. 12 overall player and the No. 2 wide receiver in the nation, per 247Sports Composite rankings. Morgan is also the No. 1 player from the state of Alabama.

Morgan had a special guest at his commitment ceremony on Wednesday — Pro Football Hall-of-Famer Terrell Owens. The former NFL legend is also a Benjamin Russell High School alum so he showed up to support Morgan as he takes the next step in his career.

Morgan is listed at 6-foot-4, 210 pounds. He took an official visit to Tuscaloosa last month prior to making decision. He also made trips to Auburn, LSU, Florida, Georgia and Colorado over the last couple of months.

Alabama now has 17 commitments in this class, including 3 from 5-star prospects. The group ranks No. 6 nationally, per 247Sports Composite rankings.
