Georgia sophomore Isaiah McKenzie will not face criminal charges after allegedly threatening to kill a woman at a local Chili’s on Monday night.

โ€œThe victim declined to prosecute so the case is closed as far as we are concerned,โ€ Athens-Clarke County police spokesman Hilda Sorrow said on Wednesday, according to DawgNation.

Maya Labat accused McKenzie of saying โ€œ he was going to call some friends and they were going to come out and he was going to kill her.โ€ McKenzie’s teammates Dominick Sanders, Terry Godwin, Dโ€™Andre Walker and Jarvis Wilson were listed on the incidence report as witnesses to the incident.

No disciplinary action is expected for McKenzie.
