The College Football Hall of Fame continued the celebration of Jayden Daniels, who was recently awarded the prestigious Heisman Trophy.

The Hall of Fame, located in Atlanta, set up a display that includes Daniels’ LSU jersey and helmet, and a portrait with his autograph.

This past weekend, Daniels became the 3rd player in LSU history to win the Heisman. Former Tiger greats Joe Burrow and Billy Cannon won it in 2019 and 1959, respectively.

Daniels is coming off a solid 2023 campaign for LSU. The veteran playmaker had 3,812 passing yards, 40 touchdowns and 4 interceptions. On the ground, Daniels ran for 1,134 yards and 10 scores on 135 carries.

The senior this season averaged 11.7 yards per completion and 8.4 yards per carry. Daniels also had a 72.2 completion percentage.

In his five-year college career with Arizona State and LSU, Daniels tallied 12,749 passing yards, 89 TDs and 20 INTs. He also compiled 3,307 rushing yards and 34 scores on 617 carries.

LSU (9-3) capped its 2023 campaign on a 3-game win streak. The Tigers are set to face Wisconsin on New Year’s Day at noon on ESPN2.
