ESPN’s premier pregame show College GameDay is headed to Minnesota for the first time in history.

The Minnesota Golden Gophers are hosting the Wisconsin Badgers, and the Gophers have a Big Ten Championship game appearance and a potential College Football Playoff berth on the line.

It should be a fun show, too, as it’s forecasted to snow the entire day Saturday.

College GameDay host Rece Davis confirmed to the StarTribune that former Gophers standout Eric Decker will be the guest picker. Decker is the Gophers’ all-time leading receiver and was a first-team All-Big Ten performer during his career. He played eight seasons in the NFL.

During his four-year career spanning from 2006 to 2009, Decker caught 227 passes for 3,119 yards and 24 touchdowns. His best season came as a junior in 2008 when Decker caught 84 passes for 1,074 yards and seven touchdowns.

The wide receiver was drafted in the third round of the 2010 NFL Draft by the Denver Broncos.

The Golden Gophers and Badgers kickoff Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET on ABC.
