LSU has consistently put some of the best players in the NFL over the years, as guys like Justin Jefferson, Joe Burrow, and Ja’Marr Chase have become NFL superstars after finishing their college careers in Baton Rouge.
The Tigers are always well-represented in the NFL Draft and at the NFL Scouting Combine, and it will be no different in 2026. The NFL released a list with more than 300 players invited to the 2026 NFL Combine. Here are the former LSU players heading to Indianapolis:
- Garrett Nussmeier, QB
- Aaron Anderson, WR
- Barion Brown, WR
- Chris Hilton Jr., WR
- Zavion Thomas, WR
- Bauer Sharp, TE
- Patrick Payton, DL
- Jack Pyburn, DL
- Harold Perkins Jr., LB
- Mansoor Delane, DB
- A.J. Haulcy, DB
The top LSU prospect is Delane. He is looked at as a sure-fire first-round pick, with most NFL Draft analysts expecting him to go in the top 10 or 15 picks. Heading into last season, Nussmeier was looked at as an intriguing quarterback prospect, but he didn’t have the season many expected. The combine allows him an opportunity to show teams he can still play at an elite level.
The 2026 NFL Combine will be in Indianapolis from Feb. 23 to Mar. 2.
