Former Tennessee defensive back Eric Berry picked up ESPN’s “Best Comeback Athlete” at the ESPYs Wednesday night, a well-deserved honor.
The current Kansas City Chief missed much of the 2014 season after being diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma. He made a remarkable recovery, returning for the 2015 season, playing in 16 games, even earning back his starting job and being selected to the Pro Bowl.
