The College Football Playoff will be here before we know it, and it’s starting to get down into the stretch run for contending teams.

Which teams have the best chances to win their conference, make the Playoff and make a run at a national title?

FiveThirtyEight broke down a number of teams’ chances, including 8 from the SEC. You can see the results below:

  • Alabama — 41% chance to win conference, 50% chance to make Playoff, 18% chance to win title
  • LSU — 19% chance to win conference, 32% chance to make Playoff, 8% chance to win title
  • Georgia — 17% chance to win conference, 16% chance to make Playoff, 3% chance to win title
  • Florida — 14% chance to win conference, 11% chance to make Playoff, 2% chance to win title
  • Auburn — 6% chance to win conference, 8% chance to make Playoff, 2% chance to win title
  • Mizzou — 3% chance to win conference, <1% chance to make Playoff, <1% chance to win title
  • Texas A&M — 0% chance to win conference, <1% chance to make Playoff, <1% chance to win title
  • South Carolina — <1% chance to win conference, <1% chance to make Playoff, <1% chance to win title
