Florida Gators get roasted on social media during FCS football game

If Florida had been upset by Samford last week, it would have been a devastating loss. The Gators may not be having their best season, but they still shouldn’t be losing to an FCS program.
It ended up being a more competitive game than people expected, as Florida held on for a 70-52 win over Samford. Still, it was a surprise that the Bulldogs scored so many points and amassed 530 yards of total offense against the Gators.
Maybe Samford was just a really good FCS team? Well, about that. This week, the Bulldogs were losing to Furman, 28-10, at halftime. And during that game, many took to social media to remind others that this Samford team is the same one that nearly upset Florida a week earlier.

Furman just held Samford to seven points in the first quarter. Florida gave up 21 points in the first quarter to Samford.
I believe that might mean that Furman is better than Florida.
