Former Alabama OL Tyler Booker signs multi-year NFL contract, per report
Tyler Booker has signed his NFL contract.
According to FOX Sports’ Jordan Schultz, the former Alabama offensive lineman has agreed to a 4-year, $22.5 million deal with the Dallas Cowboys that includes a $13 million signing bonus. Booker is the first of this year’s first-round draft picks to sign their rookie deal, according to Schultz.
The 6-foot-5, 325-pound Booker was a first-team All-American in 2024 and a 2-time All-SEC pick as he anchored lines for Nick Saban and then Kalen DeBoer. He was the 12th overall pick in last week’s NFL Draft.
Booker was 1 of 7 draft picks from the Crimson Tide in the 2025 NFL Draft. He and Jihaad Campbell were both selected in the opening round, extending a streak of 9 consecutive drafts with multiple first-round Alabama draft picks.
Dallas opened its rookie mini-camp on Friday. It runs through Monday, May 5. The Cowboys will hold OTAs from May 19-20, May 22, May 28-30, June 2-3, and June 5. The team’s mandatory 3-day mini-camp begins on June 10.
