Former Hog Jonathan Williams finds new team after being released by Bills

The Denver Broncos are signing former Buffalo Bills and Arkansas Razorbacks running back Jonathan Williams to their practice squad, according to a tweet from NFL Network National Insider Ian Rapoport.
Williams, who was waived by the Bills on Sunday, will reportedly have a salary of $510,000 in Denver.
“Jonathan, I thought he had a good preseason. There’s a lot to like about what he did,” Bills coach Sean McDermott said Monday, according to ESPN. “That said, we’re doing what’s right for this football team. I have a lot of confidence in the running backs behindย LeSean [McCoy], inย Mike Tolbert,ย Joe Banyard,ย Taiwan Jones…”

Williams played for Arkansas from 2012 to 2015. He rushed forย 2,321 yards on the ground and had nine 100-yard games, scoring 16 touchdowns along the way.
