Life in the NBA seems to be going pretty well for former Kentucky star Tyler Herro, who was the No. 13 overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft by the Miami Heat.

On Monday night, he scored 18 points in his Summer League debut, and on Friday night, he had an even better performance.

As you can see in the NBA’s tweet below, Herro scored 23 points in the Heat’s lopsided win over Team China:

Yes, it’s only Summer League, but this is a great sign for the Heat and for Herro. You can only play the competition in front of you, and he’s doing that very well.

It’ll be exciting to see how he fares this fall when the real NBA action commences.
