On Aug. 2, former LSU RB Jeremy Hill announced he’d signed a contract with the Las Vegas Raiders.
Well, that stint with the team didn’t last long, as it was reported on Wednesday that the Raiders had already cut Hill.
As you can see below, Raiders reporter Vic Tafur broke the news. He revealed that another running back was activated off the reserve/COVID-19 list, which could have been what cost Hill his spot:

Hill hasn’t been in an NFL regular-season game since 2018 with the New England Patriots. He finished that regular season with 4 carries for 25 yards in 1 game.
Will he find a new home before the 2020 season? We’ll find out over the next few weeks.
