Howard attends Valdosta High School. He’s listed at 6-foot-6 so he has excellent size as a future SEC defensive lineman. He’s currently ranked as the No. 120 defensive lineman in the country for this cycle, but that ranking could increase significantly before the end of this cycle.
Howard only recently began earning SEC offers as Georgia and Florida both offered back in May. He visited both Athens and Gainesville before ultimately choosing to commit to Kirby Smart and the Bulldogs in the class of 2026. His national recruiting ranking could be due for a big increase as more scouts are able to evaluate him this summer and fall.
Georgia is now up to 20 commits in the class of 2026. The Bulldogs have been hot on the recruiting trail recently with 10 of those commits coming since the beginning of June. UGA’s class ranks No. 4 nationally, per 247Sports Composite rankings.
