Greg McElroy insists CFP committee will ‘take the path of least resistance’

Greg McElroy thinks the CFP committee will take the path of least resistance and place Florida State in the Field of 4.
The former Alabama QB started by stating what most people probably believe. In a head-to-head right now, Alabama would beat the Seminoles. But Florida State still remains the undefeated ACC Champs which were ranked No. 4 entering Saturday while Alabama entered Saturday No. 8.
The Tide may be the better team, but will the committee jump them that much and punish Florida State for winning?
“I think the committee will take the path of least resistance, and I think tonight it was a complete grind, but (Florida State) found a way and they deserve immense credit for being able to find a way. I think the committee will put them in the College Football Playoff. I think they’ll say, ‘well, Florida State is undefeated.'”
