Auburn announces Jordan-Hare Stadium returning to 100 percent capacity, full on-campus tailgating allowed
Great news to share from Auburn as the school has just announced Jordan-Hare Stadium will return to 100 percent capacity for the 2021 football season.
In addition to that news, full on-campus tailgating will also be permitted by the school.
These decisions were made after consultation with state and local health officials and with input from shared governance groups representing students, faculty and staff, according to Auburn.
The campus is also set to return to full in-person, on-campus academic and student life experience this fall.
โThere is nothing like a fall weekend in the Loveliest Village on the Plains,โ Auburn Director of Athletics Allen Greene said. โFrom the pregame pageantry and eagle flight, to the postgame celebration at Toomerโs Corner and all of the shared experiences with friends and family. We are so excited to welcome back the Auburn Family to Jordan-Hare Stadium this fall and reintroduce our fans to the best game day experience in the nation.โ
Auburn issued the following video to celebrate the news.
