Kalen DeBoer hurt enough in Week 6 with that heartbreaking loss at home to Georgia handing his Alabama team its first setback of the season.

It was a winnable game in Tuscaloosa on Saturday night, but Bama made way too many mistakes in every fact, and scoring 3 points in the second half didn’t help either, of course.

When Alabama couldn’t get the ball back at the end of the game for one final chance to overcome a 20-17 deficit, mostly thanks to a personal foul penalty on Dijon Lee Jr., the stress and the frustration boiled over. DeBoer wasn’t happy on the sidelines, to say the least, and Alabama was knocked from the ranks of the unbeaten.

It was a stinging loss to a bitter SEC rival, but it wasn’t the end of the season for DeBoer and his team. The Crimson Tide are merely 5-1 now, 3-1 in the SEC, and they’re still ranked 6th in the country, so the loss to Georgia didn’t cost Bama any spots in the new AP Poll.

Now it’s time for Alabama to move on. It’s not Week 6 anymore It’s Week 7, and here comes the next SEC challenge, a trip to No. 14 Tennessee (5-1, 2-1 SEC) for the Third Saturday in October rivalry showdown. The Tide and Vols will kick off at 3:30 p.m. ET on ABC this Saturday, and DeBoer wanted to make sure his players knew one thing as the start to the leadup to the game began on Monday.

In effect, don’t let Georgia linger. Think about beating Tennessee.

“I’ve told the team, you can’t let Georgia beat us twice,” said Kalen DeBoer during his session with reporters on Monday.

DeBoer wants to make absolutely certain that his team is moving on from the loss and focusing on that huge trip to Neyland Stadium in Week 7, because there is so much on the line and Alabama can’t afford back-to-back losses.

With Alabama turning the page from Georgia to Tennessee in Week 7, here is what the Kalshi market is currently saying about the Crimson Tide’s chances to follow DeBoer’s words and take down the Volunteers at Neyland Stadium on Saturday:
