When it comes to recruiting, one-upping the competition is the name of the game. LSU may soon have the rest of the SEC copying its latest move – billboards around the state to welcome early enrollees.
It’s not yet National Signing Day, but so far, billboards – in the style of the one for Dee Anderson below – are up around the state for the five freshmen already on campus. The full gallery can be found on the team’s website.
Texas A&M notably used signees in SEC themed billboards around Texas when the school joined the league in 2012.
LSU currently has 22 commits in the 247Sports’ composite No. 1 class in 2016.
