Mississippi State is set to lose a running back to the transfer portal when it opens on Monday.
Ke’Travion “Bull” Hargrove, who just ended his 2nd season with the program, made the announcement on Saturday evening on his Twitter account.
“Thanks to the entire Mississippi State coaching staff for giving me the opportunity to play in college’s top conference. That said, after much thinking, I decided to enter my name in the transfer portal with 2 years of eligibility,” he wrote.
Hargrove, a Ruston, La. product, signed with the Bulldogs out of the class of 2021. He was considered the No. 20 running back in his class and a 4-star recruit by 247Sports.com.
In 2021, he redshirted after playing 4 times. It’s not his 1st time in the portal as he entered in September, only to withdraw his name shortly thereafter.
This time, however, it appears that he will remain in the portal and exit the Bulldogs program.
