As Dec. 5 quickly approaches, players around the country have been considering their futures and whether or not they want to explore opportunities at new schools when the transfer portal opens up.

On Tuesday, LB Zach Lovett took to Twitter to reveal he would be exploring opportunities at other schools in 2023 and beyond.

As you can see below, the redshirt freshman thanked the Tigers for the opportunity while announcing his entry into the portal:

Lovett appeared in 3 games as a freshman in 2021, maintaining his redshirt year. He appeared in 10 games in 2022, mostly in a special teams role.

Lovett was a 3-star prospect out of Florida in the 2021 recruiting class. Where he ends up next remains to be seen.
