Nick Saban said Alabama LB may miss the season due to injury

Nick Saban had some unfortunate news to share in his postgame press conference after Alabama’s blowout win over Miami.
Redshirt senior linebacker Christopher Allen left the game in the second quarter with an apparent injury. After the game, Saban shared that Allen’s foot injury is “pretty significant” and could mean Allen misses the remainder of the 2021 campaign.

Allen led all SEC defenders in tackles for loss last season with 13. The redshirt senior from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was named second-team All-SEC for his strong 2020 season.
