Nick Saban updates Alabama’s punter plan for game at Mizzou

Alabama has a punter competition going on during summer camp. It remains to be seen who the starter will be.
As of right now, 3 candidates are battling for the job — Sam Johnson, Charlie Scott and Ty Perine. Don’t expect to see them all on the sidelines at Mizzou on Saturday, though.
During a Wednesday night press conference, coach Nick Saban said the Tide are only going to bring 1 punter to Columbia:
Saban on #Alabama's competition at punter: "We're not gonna take multiple punters (to Missouri)."
Sam Johnson, Charlie Scott and Ty Perine are listed as co-starters.

Perine had 13 punts in 2019, which led all Alabama punters. We’ll see if he gets the nod to take the trip to Mizzou.
Saban has been coy about a number of decisions involving Alabama heading into 2020, so we’ll have to wait until 7 p.m. Eastern time on ESPN on Saturday night to see who gets those punter reps.
