Oregon has had little trouble with Oklahoma State on Saturday. The Ducks have opened up a 41-3 halftime lead over the Cowboys as they have rolled up 473 yards of total offense. And there’s still two quarters remaining.

Mike Gundy brought in Todd Grantham to help reverse the fortunes of a Cowboys defense that finished last or next to last in the Big 12 in every major category. After beating UT Martin, though, they’ve had no answers for the Ducks offense.

That includes near the midway point of the 2nd quarter, when the Ducks pulled off a well-executed trick play that went for a big gain. Dante Moore took the snap, handed the ball off, got it back after a pair of pitches, and eventually found Gary Bryant with a screen pass for 28 yards.

Here’s the video:

Oregon looks well on its way to a 2-0 start. After rolling past Montana State in Week 1, they’ve had their way with the Cowboys through a half of play.

Dan Lanning remarked that his Oregon program “(spends) to win” in response to Gundy’s comments that the Ducks spent $40 million on their roster in 2024. Those remarks are looming over the proceedings as it’s been all Ducks.
