Several SEC teams were interested in Kelly apart from Mizzou and Arkansas. Tennessee, Texas A&M and LSU have all offered the rising HS senior.
Kelly is fresh off an official visit to Missouri back on June 9. He has not visited Arkansas as of June 18.
