Paul Finebaum has his finger on the pulse of SEC football, unlike very few others. He’s up to date on nearly every bit of news, including the LSU coaching vacancy.
On Tuesday, Finebaum tweeted out a picture listing seven potential coaching candidates for the Tigers’ job that The Advocate named as possibilities.

Some of the names on the list, like Jimbo Fisher, Ed Orgeron and Tom Herman, are well known at this point. Others, like Mike MacIntyre, are just now beginning to surface. LSU is one of the premier jobs in college football, so anybody is in play for the Tigers at this point.
