Week 10 in Southeastern Conference saw a bit of clarity unfurl, at least according to ESPN college football analyst Peter Burns.

Burnsโ€™ breakdown is constructed by placing SEC teams into tiers according to his thoughts on their CFP chances: โ€˜Playoff Boundโ€™, โ€˜Playoffishโ€™, โ€˜I mean technically aliveโ€™, and โ€˜Done.โ€™

Burns lists the Texas A&M Aggies, Alabama Crimson Tide and Ole Miss Rebels as the 3 SEC teams that are โ€œPlayoff Boundโ€, with the Georgia Bulldogs as โ€œPlayoffishโ€ after edging Vanderbilt. The Commodores join Oklahoma, Texas and Missouri on the โ€œI mean technically aliveโ€ tier.

The rest of the conference, well, get a box of Rice-A-Roni as a consolation prize. That “Done” list includes LSU, South Carolina, Kentucky, Auburn, Arkansas, Mississippi State, Florida and Tennessee.

Week 11 sees only 1 SEC matchup involving ranked teams: No. 3 Texas A&M visits No. 19 Missouri (3:30 pm ET, ABC).

Playoff Bound:

Texas A&M (8-0 overall, 5-0 SEC)

Alabama (7-1, 5-1)

Ole Miss (8-1, 5-1)

Playoffish:

Georgia (7-1, 5-1)

I mean technically alive:

Oklahoma (7-2, 3-2)

Texas (7-2, 4-1)

Missouri (6-2, 2-2)

Vanderbilt (7-2, 3-2)

Done:

LSU (6-3, 2-3)

South Carolina (3-6, 1-6)

Kentucky (3-5, 1-5)

Auburn (4-5, 1-5)

Arkansas (2-7, 0-5)

Mississippi State (5-4, 1-4)

Florida (3-5, 2-3)

Tennessee (6-3, 3-3)
