On the heels of one of the biggest wins in program history, Ole Miss jumped 12 spots in Sunday’s Week 4 AP Top 25, coming in at No. 3, tied with TCU.

The Rebels (3-0) jumped out to a 20-point lead midway through the third quarter at second-ranked Alabama on Saturday night before holding off a rally to win, 43-37.

“We believe in one another,” said Ole Miss coach Hugh Freeze. “My message right before the game was, โ€˜You donโ€™t have to be something that youโ€™re not this time. Letโ€™s just go out there and handle the emotions and play.'”

Ole Miss has posted back-to-back wins over the Crimson Tide for the first time ever and won in Tuscaloosa for the first time since 1988.

The Rebels took a 24-10 lead on their first drive of the second half when Chad Kelly miraculously hooked up with Quincy Adeboyejo for a 66-yard touchdown pass.

It’s early, but Adeboyejo’s catch-and-run could be college football’s play of the year.
