While the rest of Auburn’s signees who weren’t early enrollees in January are already getting settled in their dorms, one signee won’t make it until the summer.

According to 247Sports, Tigers signee Carlito Gonzalez will be arriving in June.

“I will be arriving in June,” Gonzalez told AuburnUndercover.com. “Family emergency. No questions or interviews, though. I’ll be there very soon and way before fall camp.

“Everything will be good. I will be in those Plains and once I’m there I’m not going anywhere.”

Gonzalez was rated a 3-star safety in the class of 2017, and he was ranked as the nation’s No. 29 safety and the No. 38 overall player in the state of Georgia.

Three days ago we learned that 4-star signee Alaric Williams would be ineligible to enroll at Auburn, and he will attend JUCO.
