Even as we face an uncertain 2020 season in the college football world, future scheduling is still going on.
On Wednesday, the reigning champion LSU Tigers added to their 2025 nonconference schedule, picking up an opponent from Conference USA.
Per FBSchedules.com, the game will take place in Nov. 2025 and will cost LSU nearly $2 million:
LSU will host Western Kentucky at Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge, La., on Nov. 22, 2025. The Tigers will pay the Hilltoppers a $1.8 million guarantee for the game, according to the copy of the contract.
The Clemson Tigers are LSU’s other nonconference foe scheduled for 2025. That game will take place on Aug. 30 in Clemson.
Who else will fill out LSU’s nonconference slate in 2025? That remains to be determined.
