The SEC finalized the kickoff times and the TV stations for 4 of its Week 8 games late Saturday night after a wild Week 7 had ended.
As the 2025 season moves into mid-October, Week 8 is filled with more juicy SEC showdowns and now we know when and where to watch 4 of them. First off, there is LSU, which is feeling good about itself after a home win over South Carolina in Week 7. The Tigers will now go on the road and head to Nashville to take on Vanderbilt, with the teams kicking it off at noon ET on ABC.
About 45 minutes later, Oklahoma will try to bounce back from that ugly loss to Texas when it heads to South Carolina for a 12:45 p.m. ET kickoff on SEC Network.
Speaking of those suddenly revived Longhorns, Texas’s Week 8 matchup at Kentucky has been slated for primetime. The Longhorns and Wildcats will kick it off at 7 p.m. on ESPN, with Kentucky still looking for its first SEC victory.
Finally, Mizzou will also be looking for a bounce-back victory in Week 8 as it travels to the Plains to face Auburn. The Tigers, who fell at home to Alabama in Week 7, will kick things off at Auburn at 7:45 p.m. ET on SEC Network.
The SEC released a post late Saturday night regarding the finalized kickoff and TV designations:
