SEC fans tuned in on Saturday for the big revenge game between Alabama and Vanderbilt.

During the game, a member of the SEC’s chain gang crew suffered a scary injury as he was run into by a player on the sidelines. The official was down on the field for a couple minutes before being carted off the field.

Here’s a look at the hit:

The game was delayed for several minutes while the official received medical attention.

The first half was a back-and-forth affair with both teams making huge plays on the offensive side of the ball. The Commodores entered the game undefeated, and another win against the Crimson Tide would show they have truly arrived as a contender in college football.

Vanderbilt is looking to secure back-to-back wins over Alabama for the first time since 1955-56.
