Power 5 football is back. Miami is hosting UAB, a game being shown on the ACC Network.

As is the case in stadiums everywhere, Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida is at reduced capacity due to COVID-19 measures. Lack of attendance at Hurricanes has long been a go-to for fans trash-talking UM.

On Thursday night, social media had a predictable reaction to the sight of Miami’s first home crowd.

The ACC Network crew shared that Hard Rock Stadium is limited to 13,000 for Thursday’s game, which is currently scoreless in the first quarter.
