Tommy Castellanos releases shirt inspired by quote about Alabama missing Nick Saban

Tommy Castellanos has become a household name in less than 24 hours, and he now stands to benefit from that fact financially.
Such is the nature of modern-day college football.
The Florida State quarterback starred with 152 passing yards, 78 rushing yards, and a touchdown during Saturday’s statement win over No. 8 Alabama, but what makes his performance even more impressive is that Castellanos predicted all of this back in June.
In an interview with On3 over the summer, Castellanos stated that Alabama doesn’t “have Nick Saban to save them, so I just don’t see them stopping me.”
As expected, that quote drew plenty of ire from the college football community and Alabama players themselves, and most laughed at Castellano’s brash confidence.
Now, the former Boston College quarterback is doubling down on the quote, as he’s put the phrase “Nick can’t save them” on a shirt with the game’s final score featured to the side.
Castellanos and FSU were quick to jump on the opportunity to create merchandise based on the viral quote, and they’ll look to drive up sales as they continue through the season.
The Seminoles next host East Texas A&M and Kent State before hitting the road to face Virginia for their ACC opener.
