Charles Barkley stole the show on College GameDay Saturday.
He started off his segment by criticizing the way Arkansas fired Bret Bielema, and he already gave this year’s Iron Bowl a new nickname. Barkley even received a new statue on campus.
Of course, Sir Charles is picking his Auburn Tigers, but he thinks Alabama will try and slow the game down against Auburn’s high-powered offense, according to CBS Sports’ video prior to kickoff.
“I think Alabama is probably going to have slow the game down … I think 21-17 is going to be the final score, but they’re going to slow the game down.”
“It’s like a family reunion every time I come here.” @AuburnTigers legend Charles Barkley chatted with @ALaForce before The Tiger Walk. pic.twitter.com/tISJCCgwFT
