With weather rolling into Columbia, South Carolina, Monday night, Williams-Brice Stadium took the brunt end of it.
Although the tweet below says the sign suffered lightning damage, that is unconfirmed. It could have suffered wind damage, too.
The lighted sign is 29 feet by 51 feet outside the stadium, and the tail feathers of the Gamecock were damaged.
