Yulkeith Brown showed off his great speed to get the Texas A&M Aggies out of an offensive rut early in Saturday’s season opener against Sam Houston State.
The Aggies’ offense failed to score points on its first 2 possessions, but on the third try, the Aggies found the end zone.
As you can see below, starting quarterback Haynes King delivered a beautiful ball to Brown, who then took it 66 yards for a touchdown to put Texas A&M ahead 7-0:

Brown only had 2 touches as a true freshman last season, running for 52 yards on 2 attempts. This was his first touchdown in a Texas A&M uniform.
Still, it has been a slow start offensively for King, Brown and the Aggies, who only lead their FCS foe 7-0 through the first 15 minutes of play.
