Zach Evans played well in Saturday’s 28-10 win over Troy.
The Rebels need him, too. The TCU transfer offers a stable source of offense while Ole Miss head coach Figures out the starting quarterback situation prior to SEC play.
Evans, though, doesn’t understand all the Hullabaloo. Ole Miss doesn’t even need a quarterback.

Evans rushed for 130 yards on 20 carries Saturday for a grand total of 6.5 yards per carry. The Rebels as a whole accumulated 6 yards per rush on the ground against the Trojans.
Still, I think the Rebels might need a quarterback when Alabama comes to town in early November. Kiffin confirmed that Luke Altmyer will get the start Saturday against Central Arkansas.
