Former Georgia standout Jalon Walker is feared to have torn his ACL, according to NFL insiders Ian Rapoport and Steve Wyche.
The NFL Network/ESPN reporters shared that Walker injured himself in practice. He will have an MRI to determine if it’s a torn ACL.

Walker was gearing up for Year 2 of his professional career. Atlanta selected him with the No. 15 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Last season, Walker made 15 appearances for the Falcons, including 9 starts. He recorded 36 combined tackles, including 24 solo stops and 5.5 sacks. Walker also posted 2 forced fumbles, 1 fumble recovery and 1 pass breakup in his rookie year.
Walker spent 3 seasons in Athens playing for Kirby Smart‘s Bulldogs. In 2024, he won the Butkus Award for the nation’s top linebacker and earned first-team All-American recognition. UGA won the national championship in 2022, Walker’s true freshman season.
