A pair of Kentucky Wildcat greats are going into the state’s sports hall of fame. The Louisville Sports Commission announced Tuesday that UK standouts Randall Cobb and Tayshaun Prince are members of the Kentucky Sports Hall of Fame Class of 2025.

Cobb played for Kentucky football from 2008-10. Primarily a wide receiver, he also contributed at quarterback and as a returner during his Wildcat career. He earned all-purpose All-American recognition in 2010, setting the UK and SEC single-season records with 2,396 all-purpose yards.

Cobb left Lexington as Kentucky’s all-time leader in touchdowns with 37 and recorded 4,674 all-purpose yards, 226 points and 144 receptions in his time as a Wildcat. He was selected in the 2nd round of the 2011 NFL Draft by the Green Bay Packers, the start of a 13-season career in the league.

Prince played 4 seasons for the Kentucky basketball program (1999-2002), leading the Wildcats to 3 Sweet 16 appearances and one trip to the Elite 8. In 2001, he was named SEC Player of the Year and the SEC Tournament MVP. Prince scored 1,775 career points in his UK career before being drafted by the Detroit Pistons. He played 14 seasons in the NBA.
