In-state safety Elijah Sabbatini is once again committed to Ole Miss.

The Biloxi standout announced his pledge to the Rebels on Friday night. It’s the second in-state prospect Lane Kiffin added to his 2021 recruiting class on Friday, following the commitment of 4-star QB Luke Altmeyer earlier in the day.

Sabbatini was offered by Ole Miss on June 24 and committed to the Rebels on June 29. He received a scholarship offer from Georgia on Oct. 7 and backed off his pledge to Ole Miss on Oct. 26.

He is listed at 6-1, 195 pounds and rated 3-stars, the No. 16 recruit in Mississippi, No. 80 safety and No. 1,041 prospect overall nationally in the class of 2021 on the 247Sports Composite. While his Ole Miss and Georgia have been the focus of his recruitment the past few months, Sabbatini has a total of 19 scholarship offers.
