Now that the trading deadline has come and gone in the NFL and we are halfway through the regular season, teams are already turning their attention to next year’s draft.

As per usual, the SEC, which is loaded with talent, will have several players on each NFL roster. Bleacher Report has put out their list of which SEC players will be chosen first in next year’s 2022 NFL Draft and which team they are more likely to land.

  • 3. Philadelphia Eagles (from Dolphins): Derek Stingley Jr., CB, LSU
  • 7. New York Jets: Evan Neal, OT, Alabama
  • 11. New York Giants (from Bears): Jordan Davis, DL, Georgia
  • 12. Atlanta Falcons: Christian Harris, LB, Alabama
  • 16. Denver Broncos: Adam Anderson, Edge, Georgia
  • 17. Cleveland Browns: Treylon Burks, WR, Arkansas
  • 19. Carolina Panthers: Kenyon Green, OL, Texas A&M
  • 22. Cincinnati Bengals: Charles Cross, OT, Mississippi State
  • 25. Buffalo Bills: Martin Emerson,CB, Mississippi State
  • 27. Dallas Cowboys: Jalen Wydermyer,TE, Texas A&M

As you can see, as many as 10 SEC players are projected to go in the first round of the NFL Draft next year.
