Two SEC baseball teams fell out of the top 25 rankings this week, according to D1 Baseball, leaving nine others in the top 25.

Tennessee (vs. Auburn) and South Carolina (vs. Georgia) were both swept this past weekend as conference play kicked off. There’s plenty of time for both teams to jump back into the rankings. The Tigers and Bulldogs are two really good teams.

The biggest mover this week was Mississippi State, who jumped all the way to No. 2 in the nation behind UCLA. MSU took two of three games against the ranked Florida Gators, and it certainly made a huge jump in the rankings.

Vanderbilt spent five weeks at No. 1; however, it lost two games against Texas A&M and fell to No. 8.
