Bleacher Report analyst Matt Miller’s way-too-early Round 1 2021 NFL Mock Draft includes 13 SEC stars

The 2020 NFL Draft just wrapped up, but it’s never too early to look ahead to the 2021 NFL Draft.

On Monday, Bleacher Report’s Matt Miller released his early 2021 Round 1 Mock Draft, and as you can see, he has 13 SEC players named.

Alabama leads the way with 7 first-round picks, which would account for more than half of the SEC’s Round 1 picks:

  • No. 2 — Ja’Marr Chase, WR, LSU — Washington Redskins
  • No. 5 — Jaylen Waddle, WR, Alabama — Miami Dolphins
  • No. 7 — DeVonta Smith, WR, Alabama — Detroit Lions
  • No. 10 — Najee Harris, RB, Alabama — Atlanta Falcons
  • No. 12 — Dylan Moses, LB, Alabama — Denver Broncos
  • No. 17 — Alex Leatherwood, OL, Alabama — Jacksonville Jaguars
  • No. 18 — Tyler Shelvin, DL, LSU — Minnesota Vikings
  • No. 19 — Trey Smith, OL, Tennessee — Seattle Seahawks
  • No. 21 — Patrick Surtain II, CB, Alabama — Pittsburgh Steelers
  • No. 23 — Terrace Marshall Jr., WR, LSU — Buffalo Bills
  • No. 24 — JaCoby Stevens, DB, LSU — Philadelphia Eagles
  • No. 29 — Jamie Newman, QB, Georgia — New Orleans Saints
  • No. 30 — LaBryan Ray, DL, Alabama — Tennessee Titans
