The 2022 NFL Draft just ended on Saturday evening, but it’s never too soon to start considering top prospects for next year’s draft.

After the conclusion of this year’s event, Bleacher Report’s Kristopher Knox released his early Round 1 mock draft for 2023.

As you can see below, he has 12 SEC stars going in the first round, led by 2 Alabama stars in the top 3:

  • No. 2 — Bryce Young, QB, Alabama — Atlanta Falcons
  • No. 3 — Will Anderson Jr., Edge, Alabama — New York Jets
  • No. 6 — Anthony Richardson, QB, Florida — Detroit Lions
  • No. 10 — Kelee Ringo, CB, Georgia — Washington Commanders
  • No. 14 — Nolan Smith, Edge, Georgia — Philadelphia Eagles
  • No. 15 — BJ Ojulari, Edge, LSU — Las Vegas Raiders
  • No. 16 — Jalen Carter, DL, Georgia — Minnesota Vikings
  • No. 17 — Derick Hall, Edge, Auburn — Miami Dolphins
  • No. 24 — Kayshon Boutte, WR, LSU — Seattle Seahawks
  • No. 27 — Jonathan Mingo, WR, Ole Miss — Dallas Cowboys
  • No. 29 — Henry To’o To’o, LB, Alabama — Detroit Lions
  • No. 30 — Jalen Catalon, S, Arkansas — Green Bay Packers

Obviously, this is a very early look, so we’ll see what happens on the field as the 2022 season gets going this fall.
