Jahlil Hurley, a big-time recruit in the 2023 class, has dropped an SEC-heavy top 8 teams.
Hurley, a 5-star cornerback from Florence, Alabama, is listed at 6-foot-2 and 170 pounds and rated the No. 5 cornerback in this class, and the No. 4 player in the state of Alabama, according to the 247Sports Composite. He listed his top 8 as LSU, Alabama, Georgia, Penn State, Florida, Michigan, Auburn and Texas A&M. He has a reported 18 offers.
Last season in man-to-man coverage Hurley did not allow a single pass to be completed on him, AL.com reported.
“I made it a goal that I would end the season with a zero completion rate,” he said. “That was my mantra and that’s what I did. I didn’t have a single pass caught on me in man coverage.”
